PHP Warning when posting & other site issues

I've noticed quite a few site issues recently (in the past couple of months). Today when I went to answer a post the post went through but I got a PHP warning. It flashed too quickly for me to see what it said. I'm a web designer & coder and have worked with the vBulletin software for many years. I believe that you need to check your PHP version as vB 4 will only run on PHP 7.1 and lower. From how the site is acting your PHP may have been upgraded to a higher version in which causes the forum to have many quirks & problems. The easiest way to fix this is have your host scale back the PHP to a proper version that works with vB 4. Usually they do this for free for you or if you are running a dedicated or VPS server there is info out there on how to change the PHP version yourself. :)

Plus if you are having issues with the tracker not working properly in any way it maybe related to your PHP version as well. Since the tracker was coded many years ago and I don't believe that its been updated for any new versions of PHP.

PHP? What vB version are you running and what MySQL version is the server running? You can reply via PM if you don't want the info out here in the public area. I'm going to dinner so It maybe a couple of hours before I reply.
